A Little About Me

Boulden Home Repair and Renovations

No Job Is Too Small.

I am a life long resident of Wake County. My father taught me about building at an early age. I renovated two of my own homes and have a passion for creating and fixing things. I also love helping others. After over 30 years working in Retail and Material Management, I decided it was time to do what I enjoy the most.

I worked for a local Cary company from 2011 to 2015 fixing, repairing and renovating homes in the local area. During this time I learned and gained confidence that I have the ability to provide professional services. The owner of this company relocated out of state so it was a perfect time for me to launch my own company.

I have an Associate's degree in Architectural Technology and Civil Engineering Technology from Wake Technical Community College. Book knowledge is great, but it's much better when you can apply your knowledge to actual practices. I understand how things should be built and I believe in doing the job right the first time. Once I start your project I will stay on it until it is completed 100 percent to your satisfaction.

I guarantee your project will be done to a professional standard! I also guarantee all of my work to your standards. That means the work's done like you want it – the most important guarantee of all.

I am able to charge a fair and reasonable price because I keep my overhead low. I don't have a big fancy truck and I'm not looking to make a large profit on every job. I don't mark up materials or have any add-on charges like the large national companies. I charge a fair hourly rate and will be glad to provide a free estimate for your project.
